University of Technology Delegates visited the Electronic and Open and Learning Center of Kharazmi University

On Sunday, 28^th of January, 2024, an Iraqi team from University of Technology (UOT) visited the Electronic and Open and Learning Center (EOLC) at Kharazmi University. The EOLC, an Open University structure affiliated with Kharazmi University, plays a pivotal role in providing both formal and informal professional courses to the wider community. At the beginning of this meeting, Dr. Fakhari, director of EOLC warmly welcomed the Iraqi delegates and introduced the EOLC’s services and achievements, which received positive feedbacks from the Iraqi delegation. Additionally, it runs and oversees Kharazmi University Online education and holds ISO certification. Dr. Fakhari showcased the EOLC’s proprietary studio for producing e-contents and type of services the studio provides.
The Iraqi representatives expressed their interest to establish a similar facility in UOT. EOLC is supposed to offer offer specialized training courses in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Data Analysis, Cybersecurity, and Network Security for students, staff, and faculty members. At the end of this visit, the Iraqi delegates visited the Gemology center.
